Seller immediately corrected both issues.... I received the second cap as promised. Thank you.

Unfortunately, there was absolutely no wrapping around the shirt and the mailing envelope was wrapped very tightly, so when I opened the package I inadvertently cur the shirt too, rendering it unwearable (which was frustrating since I am so careful about not doing that). Tissue paper or something around the shirt would have been helpful.
