    The stamps were packaged with the condition and appearance of the stamps in mind. Because, unfortunately, the postal service put that packaging to the test. By the time my items arrived the packaging looked like it went through a war. There were rips and black scuff marks all over the sides. Like it got stuck in a scanner. But when I opened the envelope, the appearance of the stamps maintained the great quality and the high value that comes from buying from this seller.
