I sent it to the guys at Robert’s. They had it fixed and had it heading back to me in just a couple of days. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in the same situation.

Mailed my non-working radio; two day turnaround on repair; two days later my Ford had a working radio. Getting a used Ford radio not a viable option - a used radio might fail after a week, a month, or a year (if you are lucky). My radio had two bad capacitors, a bad solder joint, and (as usual) a failed Integrated Circuit. My radio now has upgraded parts and should last for the life of the car.

I feel like the pricing was fair and transparent. I just wish I got my estimate a little bit faster, as I was a little worried about just sending the part off and not hearing back. But overall, very happy with the results. Hopefully, I won't have this problem again, but if I do I will absolutely use you guys! 🙂

I shipped my OEM Ford F150 Radio in, got a call to explain what was wrong and needed fixed, agreed on the very fair price, and a few days later it's at my doorstep wrapped up perfectly. I was like a kid at Christmas unpacking this thing! I installed it back turned on, and BOOM I was back in business. This was an amazing service and I'm happy I stumbled upon this company when I was considering just going and buying a new one!
