I sent seller tracking number and delivery date. Seller did not refund my payment in three days like Ebay requires. I contacted seller and received a generic reply that asked me to show "shipped". My computer would not accept this. The buyer sent us 1 MESSAGE saying that she wanted to return them because she thought that she was ordering 1 black and 1 tricolor cartridge? We approved the return. A few weeks later, after never hearing back from her, we asked her one time to update the return tracking number she used in the system so we can process a refund, which she never did. The order was still refunded later.
