Shipping the item out takes FOREVER. 4 weeks passed - 2 weeks until the shipping label was created, then another 2 weeks elapsed again. I had to send a message, but as soon as I did, the seller sent the item the next day. It arrived 3 days later. Installed it and it worked as described. I would buy again, as long as I'm not in a hurry to get the item. Patience is a good quality to have if you order from this seller.

The description said "ships in 1 business day". A shipping label was created 9 days after ordering and 5 weeks later it still hasn't even shipped. I purchased a stereo unit for my car that had been refurbished but the CD didn't work properly. It had no sound when played and the seller didn't want to do a refund and tried to trick me into believing I was past my return date is why they couldn't do the refund. I however still had 2 1/2 weeks left for a refund. It took forever for the unit to arrive after purchase around a month.
