The bad- This item was listed as "New", but had been used. Accounts existed on the device that needed to be removed, and this took a couple of days to resolve. I kept the item because it was "like new" and was sold at a good price. I would give the experience a 7 out of 10. The item was not as decribed, but the packing was great and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

After the USPS stopped messing around with the package, it arrived a little late, which was not, was not the sellers fault! The CD is in great shaped and sealed as described.
