I think shipping cause the dent because the laptop still loose inside the box. shipper did put enough form to fix the laptop and charger was right next to it. but I will keep it. little dent don't bother me. everything else is in perfect condition. BAD backing can damage the laptop so shipper need to do their job right.

The keyboard has some very minor buffing on it, it's not 100% perfect, but I'm quite pleased with the condition. Specs were as advertised. It was packaged safely and arrived quickly.
