Upon delivery at my door I was asked to pay over £100 VAT in cash before they could leave the item. I had to pay in order to start a return, but soon realised that if I returned the item then the VAT would be nearly impossible to claim back from customs. The seller wasn't helpfull & if anything a little rude. I would not buy from this seller again & would 100% source them local.
