Excellent chair, great comfort. Height adjustable to suit your comfort and leaning adjustable to suit your comfort as well. Easy to operate the massage function using the remote provided. I give it 5 star. It comes parts labeled and a friendly manual with step by step on how to assemble the chair, clear simple instructions with diagrams hence won't get it wrong.

Was very fast delivery and quik easy sale .

One of the reasons I would never buy a car off the internet, it took me at least 75 minutes to put it together. 2. I would say that this chair is only suitable for persons of 5 foot 10 inches or less. Me at 6 foot found it too small for the shoulder massage. 3. The seat squab is quite low even at its highest setting. 4. It is noisy in massage use, a very loud buzzing, it vibrates through the floor to downstairs.

They replaced the damaged parts straight away. They were very supportive and I would highly recommend this seller. Bed very good product and very reasonable price. I would buy from them again. However, the material quality is average and the craftsmanship could be better. Delivery was incomplete at first (2 of 3 boxes), but customer service quickly resolved it and the missing box arrived the next day. One shelf had no holes, but again, support responded fast and provided a solution. Reasonably priced wardrobe with excellent customer service.
