It is new and definitely fresh and pliable (important for working with metal clay). The cost was a little high, but the seller communication was good explaining delivery and possibility of having to pay an added fee for customs. I’m sure the cost will be higher now due to recent changes by US administration. The length of time for delivery was longer than expected, but explained. I look forward to making a new pendant with this Silver Art Clay.
