There's no way to install this, tightening the brass fittings, without cutting out several PVC fittings and replacing them with new ones. Only this will allow the fit. I purchased a coupling, elbow, female pipe thread adapter, and a length of 1" PVC pipe. Nothing extra is needed if it's a new install.
