The order came promptly and the order was correct. I would say however they are not “cozy” as described on the website. . Cozy is something warm and soft. These are flip flops and they are not warm, nor soft.

The product I got was in good condition, but had a problem (quality is ok but it was way too small, I suspect mis-packaged because the product does not have a size label on it) but the seller quickly refunded me without any questions, and I did not have to return the product. The value of the product was ok, probably won't buy it again. But definitely buy from this seller again.
