It makes up for the poor communication and the delivery, which "yes" was to the room of our choice but we were left with all the wrapping plastic and cardboard. So we couldn't actually check the item for any damage etc. We waited a long month for a message from the seller, what is quite a long and worrying time when you spend over £ 1000. Had a hiccup with first one and this firm had great communication , every message and replaced with a new one with a week . Delivery drivers were fantastic both delivery’s they unpacked the sofa, assembled and took rubbish away fantastic firm, would definitely recommend .
