Uniform bubble texture makes it easy to cut straight and square. I recommend measuring up by however many millimetres your drawer bottoms are set into the drawer sides. Having each sheet-edge tucked into the recess prevents the mats from rolling up. The bubbles make the mat about 1mm thick overall so check you can tuck the edges before you measure and cut.
