These do require much more strength to pull and young boys/girls might not be able to fully draw or pull on this these bands. It will take a while to get use to trying to stay stable on a full draw for an accurate shot. I have the a band on for 2 weeks now and I shot around 25-50 rounds a day and the band has finally broken in and it feel much better. Make sure to clamp these bands down tight and recheck every 20 or so shots.
