I only had it a week but so far It's fantastic, almost new condition, exactly what I was expecting. The cooling fan was a little dirty, but that was easy to clean and runs almost silent now. There was NO way for me to determine that it wasn't a brand-new laptop -- not even a blemish anywhere. Components all worked great, including battery and charger. When I first turned it on, it launched me right into the standard Windows 11 setup, just like I would expect from a brand new computer. Set up was easy and uneventful. I am VERY VERY PLEASED with this purchase!

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
