He responded very quickly and apologised and said he'll send another out immediately. He was true to his word, it arrived two days later, a brand new Genuine Phillips adjuster. Thank you very much for your speed resolving this small issue, you are a credit to Ebay. Kindest regards, Steve Fletcher.
