I live at the top of stairs and I am so grateful my boxes were sitting at the top of the stairs waiting for me. I didn't have to bring the heavy box up the stairs. Their service is excellent. My boxes were packed in such a neat organized manner. They came in excellent undamaged condition. The cost was such a good value and the quality exceeded my expectations.
