There was a mix up with the post office (no fault of the seller) and it was delivered to a wrong address. The seller was quick to respond to my inquiry and was willing to work with me through the retrieval process. The item was finally located and delivered to me, and it arrived securely packaged and undamaged though the mailing sleeve had been through a rough time after having been sent. I just wanna say the product looks incredible. I put a nice coat of paint on it and I am very excited to put it up on my wall thank you very much and it was my pleasure doing business with you.
