DO NOT BUY unless what you actually want is a mattress protector. Regarding the claim of "hotel quality", it should specify that the hotel in question is the Bates Motel. Its machine washable, which is a positive, however its so thin you could wash it in a coffee mug. It was delivered very quickly, but frankly it could have fit in an A4 envelope
