Fortunately, it was in a plastic bag with the other items so a thorough rinsing cleaned up the mess. I haven’t used the product yet, but I have used the same shampoo before and been happy with it. I am doing it for stars because of the packaging issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.
