Looks the same as original, all buttons are exactly same and the layout. However I would say this one is better quality than the original. The plastic is more textured and therefore less likely to be dropped and sturdier plastic.

He responded very quickly and apologised and said he'll send another out immediately. He was true to his word, it arrived two days later, a brand new Genuine Phillips adjuster. Thank you very much for your speed resolving this small issue, you are a credit to Ebay.
