Unfortunately there was a shipping mix up and it arrived later than it should but the seller was very responsive and went above to fix the problem. I will buy from her again although it did not work out because the customer service was amazing which i value veryu much and nowadays that is rear.

However the packaging was a little disappointing, understand this was a discounted item, however it was a very expensive dress and to see it squeezed into such a small bag and arrived crushed si the condition and appearance was not very good. I understand the cost of shipping is expensive however the dress deserved a small box or bigger bag and better wrapping at the very least.
