I specifically asked for this to be the correct blue one sent to me before my order was processed. I got my response a day later after they’d already sent me the bow tie. They told me I’d be sent the white one regardless and ignored my request for blue. When it was delivered today it randomly ended up being a gold bow tie that I received. A mess all afound and no further response from the seller yet

It arrived in great condition and well packaged except for the broken hanger which I understand must have happened while product was in transit. Appearance was just as described and I'd say it's truly value for money. I ordered the wrong size though but the customer service have been very responsive in arranging a return. The process and delivery was really fast. I recommend the seller 100%.
