The card was shipped in an envelope with a packing slip but slipped out of the penny sleeve during transit and was partially visible. Condition slightly worse than described and shown on advertised image— actual card has whitening/corner flaws, and faint streaks. While condition terms vary (LP, MP, HP, etc.) to everyone, collectors should inspect carefully. As we do every single time,(even with $1 cards) the card was put into a penny sleeve, and the penny sleeve was put into a top loader, and the top loader was sealed with blue painters tape, and then that top loader was taped to your invoice, which was put in the envelope. I did it myself personally by hand. Also your Eevee was shipped the same day that you ordered it. The seller did not offer any resolution due to the worse condition and made me open an eBay case before accepting the return. The seller was rude in every message and tried to lie so that eBay would side with him. When that did not work, he decided to retaliate with a negative review that I have to now contact eBay to remove. This seller is unprofessional and a headache to deal with, avoid!!!
