I received a full refund the same day as sending photos of damage and the figures had been packed well. Just suffered from poor postal services I would say dropped from a great height more than once or thrown around badly. No blame on the seller. I would buy from him again. As this was just bad luck. I was happy to get a full refund with no fuss or bother. So I can only say than you for that.

I will look for more in this style from this seller, I love dealing with them.
