    Seller was transparent, quick to ship, and packed the item very well. Seller ensured that the item was sent in a timely manner, and I received the exact Product that I had expected. The fact that UPS dropped the ball on their end (timeliness and clear communication were severely lacking) left a bit of distaste in my mouth.
