Upon reporting this to the seller I was offered a partial refund which I accepted, since the second punch worked fine. I appreciated the fair treatment and was grateful we could come to an agreement painlessly. For these reasons, I recommend this seller and would buy again without reservation. The pics didn't even come close to showing the fine details on the carving. There is a baby elephant inside the belly that is so majestically carved with attention to every detail. I'm lost for words it's so gorgeous. Super fast shipping and packaging was terrific. Great communication with seller. I most definitely will be shipping with them for the holidays. I highly recommend🔥🌟🫶
