Boxes were destroyed and bristles were all bent out of shape and had creases that took several washing and reshapings to correct. Items were however, as described and seller was fast to ship. To be fair, we have shipped thousands of brushes the same way for years and this has never happened. USPS can be very hard on packages sometimes and that seems to be what happened here.
