I didn’t want to risk printing it myself so I chose to pay delivery. I did the right thing. The quality of the printing is a great value for money. It is clear, coloured and clean. Whilst knitting, the Appearance of the pattern helps tremendously and I know this will do just great. The A4 delivery bag was in excellent condition as was the pattern, which inside also came in a plastic sleeve. Very impressed with care.

The patterns are neatly printed with a beautiful picture of the knitted item, but the instructions (when followed precisely) does not produce the equivalent of the picture provided. Fortunately I am reasonably experienced in knitting dolls and I can create my own version of what I see in the pictures. Someone with little/less experience would find it difficult to produce the doll as shown in picture (which attracted me )

Order was held back as another order placed 29th Sept all came in same envelope. Not even a staple or paper clip to separate patterns. No communication from seller for delay. Had planned to order more but won't due to service received.
