You are able to work out a compromise with them that benefits customers as well as seller well. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pic regarding the outside of the bag where it’s worn off was not too much of an issue in the sellers pic however when I received product today it is way more noticeable when received and in my picture as shown. Each bag that I sell gets my undivided attention before I ever list it on eBay. I go over the bags inside and out to clean and refresh them before I do any repairs. I do not know how this damage occurred. Please accept the bag 'as is' along with a full refund. Perhaps you may get a bit of pleasure from carrying it! Best, Donna

It is exactly as described no surprises here! Also, Donna has been lovely and communicative throughout. I must say I appreciate the care put into the items prior to purchase because my hand bag looks clean, polished and the leather feels soft and supple to the touch. It's such a simple yet gorgeous handbag and I would be happy to make future purchases from this store.
