It looks like new and works perfectly. It appeared with good packaging and works out of the box. The laptop comes with Windows 11 fully activated so you don't have to pay extra for that, overall a great buy. I'm satisfied and will buy from this seller again!

I purchased this item and when it arrived i connected it to my computer but it did not work. I sent a message to the seller regarding the problem and the seller very quickly sent me another part that arrived packaged very well and worked great! I would give this seller two thumbs up!!! I would recommend them to others and would buy from again!!! Communication was great!! Thanks for making things right!!

It looks practically new and mint. Was shipped out super secure and quickly, then ultimately arrived with no issues. Definitely will keep an eye on the seller and order from them again.
