However, the seller was amazing. Communicated throughout and raised a case with Yodel, to get the matter investigated. Yodel were rubbish and didn’t reply. The seller chased up and Yodel eventually replied. I received a refund after Yodel’s response. However this brush is not the fine and fragile brush that I wanted and was stated on the description. The photo of the product is for the curly hair brush and that is the one I received. I didn’t notice that the description didn’t match the photo when I ordered.
