The fact that UPS dropped the ball on their end (timeliness and clear communication were severely lacking) left a bit of distaste in my mouth. The anxieties of potentially _not_ receiving an expensive item was an unexpected gift from the Shipper, and none of this reflects the Seller. Thank you Brazoria!
