The box however looked awful and I was really nervous.

Item box came destroyed and smashed practically flat. There was no bubble wrap or any kind of protective packaging put on. They simply put it in a flimsy plastic sleeve. Item packaging was opened and taped back shut when item was described as new. Was not even an authentic item to make matters even worse. If they make things right and accept a return I will update this feedback. Terrible experience.
