I could see how anyone could have missed because it was not until I packed it and used it that I noticed and the luggage arrived brand new. The seller immediately refunded me and was in perfect communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this seller because you really know someone s character when something goes wrong and they still do the right thing.
