Great communication and a really quick and immediate dispatch of item. Postage costs were high but expected due to coming from the US to the UK with the extra import charges added so nothing against the seller at all regarding the postage costs or the delivery time frame which again is out of the sellers hands TBF and the slow and tedious process is to do with Ebays international postal service.

The seller is great! I had technical questions and he pointed me in the right direction as to do to reset my machine. The key is a good value, with reasonable prices. The new key came well wrapped with thick tape. On the inside the key was well protected by bubble wrap. Top notch condition. It also had great instructions on everything with codes for fixes. 5 stars!
