When the line broke in one on them, I tried to cheap out and fix it with break ties, which worked for a while but eventually broke. Then, I bought a $3 pack of shoe laces that turned out to be too thick and stretchy. So, I bit the bullet and bought this braided string that seemed to be perfect. I should have spent the $7 to start. Perfect! Thanks--
