The item was exactly as described/pictured. However, the item was damaged during shipping, at no fault of the seller. Postal service did what the postal service does. Not that they had to, but the seller then worked with me on a solution that we both felt comfortable with, and maintained swift communication throughout the entire situation. Excellent seller.
