Rigid foam seems to work best in my experience. Both rail mounts/brackets were damaged. The one on the right was sheered completely off while the one on the left had the screws sheered off. We have been mitigating it with additional bubble wrap and added awareness while packing (unfortunately foam would be trickier with so many different sizes and configurations of servers we see here). In some instances we have also begun taking the rackmount ears off and putting them on the side during pack. Please let me know if we can do something to remove or revise this feedback to a positive? Thanks
