Portfolio was carefully packaged with plenty of packaging material to keep it from bumping around. A fragile sticker was even added to the box. Portfolio and artwork is exactly as pictured/described. Seller quickly responded to my questions and was super friendly. Would purchase from them again and hope to visit their brick-and-mortar store in the future!

The packaging (item package, not shipping package) was slightly dinged up, but that was solely due to age. The price was too good to pass up, and worth it. There was a considerable delay in delivery, but that was not the seller's fault, but due to the weather across the Midwest, so I will say that shipping was acceptable.
