The item was a gift for my sister (who loved them) but I fumbled the shipping address. He kindly went to extra lengths to issue an interim refund so I could correct and start again... and STILL got the vintage Coca Cola tumblers out quicky. I'm especially appreciative because it wasn't a high ticket $ale which is one more way to tell he has integrity and treats people well.
