The seller used stock photos and listed a higher end product that is generations and $150+ market difference ahead of what was actually received. I received a DS118 but the product I ordered was for a DS220+. I even offered the seller to compromise with a partial refund but got zero replies within a generous timeframe.

And, one which wasn't "like new" but was used and had was jammed - I had to find the jam and fix it. There was an exacto blade stuck in the mechanism. I sent a message to the seller and NEVER received a return message. I offered to still buy it but requested a discount. No response. N ever a response. So, I returned it.
