    The package arrived, but the seller hadn't completely encased the item and used packing tape on the open end of the box, which resulted in the print on the bottom edge of the game box being ripped off due to packing tape sticking directly to the item. However, upon contacting the seller, they took full responsibility and issued a full refund. So despite poor packing, full marks for customer response THANK YOU
