They have an in house shipper, insurance, they refurbish their books before selling professionally. Great protection for this gem by Lucy Parsons, came in a plastic case. They accepted a relatively low offer. They shipped promptly, and they even included a little printed card for display for the Parsons book, and a little piece of paper with the description of the book. Included a picture, and accurate description. Highly recommended, super professional.

The condition of the book was described. The value was fair and in line with other offers for the same edition. But his communication was the best.
