The staff at Item Drop were very quick to address the situation & offer various solutions despite the very busy time of year. I've since received my order and it was well packed, exactly as described and packaged with care. Item Drop were incredibly easy to deal with offering outstanding customer service which seems increasingly rare these days. A truly outstanding seller. Recommended!
