Was annoyed and put out I had to repack a rug over 9ft long, finding my own packaging. Also was a struggle to roll it back up. It was easy enough ordering and delivery, but a total pain to return. Refund was made promptly though.

This doormat was despatched straight away with a matching rug I ordered and arrived so quickly. I can’t recommend this seller highly enough. This is customer service at top level. Many thanks for your time and patience.
