It was packed well with everything included, but FedEx still managed to bang it around and break one of the wheels. Thankfully once I told the seller they gave me a refund for the part and I was able to repair it myself which I think is an excellent way to handle something that really wasn't their fault. I'm glad to have a working Roborock and I got it for about $200 less than getting a refurb off Amazon.
