I received the Pre-Filter and the Purifier Filter but I did not receive the Reusable Frame. I sent the seller two messages over the course of a week and the seller never responded. The product I received was not as advertised and there is no communication from the seller. It turns out that the picture in the add was incorrect. The seller agreed that the picture incorrectly represented the actual product being purchased and would fix it. They sent me the missing frame.
