The quality is really nice in the appearance as well. No scratches that I’ve seen. A pretty good deal if you’re not looking to spend that much money and you also want to build a PC without having to spend 200+ dollars on component, thats why 3rd party sellers are good if you know what you’re looking for

I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such.
